1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A deposit (or full payment) may be required to confirm a reservation.
• Full payment must be made before the start of the tour/service.
• Accepted payment methods include cash payment, bank transfer, and mobile money.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email to ……………
• Refunds are subject to the following cancellation fees:
  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee.
  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.

3. Changes by the Customer

• Requests to change travel dates, destinations, or services must be made in writing and may incur additional fees.
• Changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.

4. Changes by Aryz Tours and Travel

We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political instability, or insufficient participation.

In such cases, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.

5. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, personal belongings, and other unforeseen events.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Travelers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other necessary travel documents.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with local laws and customs.
• Aryz Tours and Travel is not responsible for any fines, delays, or losses due to incomplete travel documentation.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Aryz Tours and Travel acts only as an agent for the transport companies, hotels, and other suppliers.
• We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity caused by third parties or force majeure events.
• Tour Participation Disclaimer:
  By booking and participating in any tour with Aryz Tours and Travel, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and agree to participate at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for your health and safety, and release Aryz Tours and Travel, its staff, and partners from any liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our control.
