Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which clients may be eligible for refunds. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below:
1. Visa Application Services
- Visa processing fees paid to embassies are non-refundable, regardless of approval or denial.
- Aryz Tours and Travel service/handling fees are also non-refundable once processing has started.
2. Air Ticket Bookings
- Refunds on air tickets depend strictly on the airline’s refund and cancellation policies.
- Some tickets may be fully refundable, partially refundable, or completely non-refundable.
- Service charges and booking fees from Aryz Tours and Travel are non-refundable.
3. Travel Insurance
- Insurance premiums are generally non-refundable once coverage has been issued.
- Refunds may only apply if the insurance provider’s policy allows cancellation within a grace period.
4. Tour Packages
- Deposits made for tour packages are non-refundable but may be transferable to another booking (subject to availability).
- Refunds depend on agreements with hotels, lodges, transport providers, and tour operators.
- Cancellations made within 7–14 days of the tour start date may incur partial refunds, but cancellations made less than 7 days before travel are non-refundable.
5. General Conditions
- Refund processing timelines depend on third-party providers (airlines, insurance companies, hotels, etc.) and may take up to 30 working days.
- Aryz Tours and Travel will not be held responsible for delays or denials of refunds by third parties.
- All approved refunds will be made in the original mode of payment (bank transfer, mobile money, or cash).
